  • All our decks and books are printed locally in Vancouver, Canada. We like supporting our local creators and businesses, so thank you for doing the same.

  • Every time you place an order, our hearts jump. It’s a true rush to send out each item.

  • We are new to the world of shipping and logistics and delivery times. Thank you for your patience as we continue to perfect our processes.

Shipping 

I live in Vancouver. Can I place an order online and pick up my purchase in person?

Heck yeah you can! Email matt@inquestdeck.com to arrange a pick-up address and time.

What is the cost to ship within BC and Canada?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on location.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to the US and some European countries. That being said, if you don’t live in either of those places, please reach out to matt@inquestdeck.com to see if we can make some magic happen for you.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

While it all depends on the size of your order and where you are shipping them to, if you haven’t received your order within 10 business days, please reach out to matt@inquestdeck.com.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Send matt@inquestdeck.com a note right away and we’ll make sure it arrives to the right doorstep.

Wholesale

Can I order and carry the Inquest Deck in my shop?
Heck yes you can. We’d be honoured to make it onto your shelves. Please email matt@inquestdeck.com for details.

Returns

What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused items in their original condition within 14 days of purchase. To initiate a return, contact matt@inquestdeck.com with your order details and information. Please note: you will be responsible for any and all return shipping costs.

What if my package arrived incorrect or damaged?

If the damage was due to a shipping error, please contact the shipping provider that delivered your package directly to process a claim. If the package was incorrect or damaged by us — whoops! Contact matt@inquestdeck.com and we’ll fix that right away.

I bought my products through another website or store. Do you accept those returns?
No. Please contact the website or store from which you made your purchase through.

How do I cancel my order completely.

We can only cancel orders that haven’t been processed and shipped. As soon as you know you want to cancel your order, please send matt@inquestdeck.com a note and we’ll do out best to intercept it before it gets shipped.

How long will my refund take?
Please allow 2-3 weeks for your refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement.
